Harry Potter Water Decal sheet is full of various Harry Potter related images on a clear sheet. This way you can apply them over any colour you want. Although lighter colours work best. There's water colour style images as well as some really good black & white images. Extra sheets can be purchased for $5 each.
I applied the water decals over Different Dimension Everybody's Hands Go Up, which is a glow in the dark polish.
