Hey guys! I hope your weekend has been off to a fantastic start. I really was planning on just doing a compilation post featuring a ton of different brands of matte liquid lipsticks, however I feel like a series would be better because than I can talk about the brand, pricing & availability as well as the go in on the product formula & my wear experience with a bit more detail. So as you can probably already see the first one I'll be sharing is the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick.

Stila's Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks are fantastic, their availability is very accessible. You can find them available in-store & online at Sephora, the Stila website, or at certain Shoppers Drug Marts. You can probably find them at other stores or websites, however I personally prefer Shoppers Drug Mart or Sephora due to their point systems. Who doesn't love earning free things while spending money?

The applicator in the liquid lipsticks is a thinner doe foot applicator with a short to medium fluffy flock. The tip of the applicator (the flocked part) has a bit of give, so it bends slightly when you're applying the product. It's not too floppy or stiff, it sort of just leans in during the application, kind of like it's hugging your lips.
The consistency of the formula is packed with pigment, yet it remains a thin more creamy texture. The scent is a light sweet, creamy scent. Extremely opaque with one swipe, the formula allows you some time to work with the product so the placement is perfect, then it dries down completely in about two minutes, the scent dissipates a few minutes after.

The longevity of these liquid lipsticks were fantastic. Throughout the day there was minimal transfer on cups, straws, & food, which didn't really show on the lips. It wasn't until 6-7 hours after the application did it start to show a bit more to the point that a light touch up would be needed. They were extremely comfortable on the lips, not too drying & lasted a long time, so I do feel completely comfortable recommending them.

Some of my favourite shades are Patina, Dolce & Perla. They're more so my safe shades, however I really do love Bella & Fiore, for when I'm feeling like I can be a bit extra. Of course I've only tried 5 of the 26 shades, so there are most certainly a few more shades that I'd love to call my favourite shades, I just haven't properly introduced my self to em yet.
The Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks retail for $31 CAD each, they contain 0.10 fl oz which is 3 mls. However if you wanna try out a few shades before buying a full size, you can buy a set containing 3 minis. I seen them a lot around the holidays however I'm pretty sure you can still pick them up!
