This manicure is extremely simple to create. All ya gotta do is apply 1 or two coats of a black base (depends how opaque your polish is). Apply the black polish on all your nails except for your ring fingers. You should paint your ring finger white. Because applying an opaque black polish over white works better than applying a white over black.
While the black polish is still wet pour the black glitter onto the polish & pat it down..Then once the white is dry take the striping tool from the Sally Hansen kit & get some of the black polish on the tip & make stripes down the white nail. Once that is all white apply a matte top coat. Then place a dot of nail art glue onto the back of Jacks head & press it onto the nail.
& You're all done!
