Hey guys, I have been on a palette addiction lately. Usually I'm pretty good at restraining myself however lately that hasn't been the case.
I go to Shoppers Drug Mart about every other day or so, it's my go-to for everything especially since it's about a block away. Every time I go to Shoppers I always talk a walk through the beauty section to see what's going on, there's always something happening whether it's a sale or something new has arrived. Lucky me having a shoppers that close because one of the most affordable brands in beauty is exclusively sold there.
The packaging on this Essence palette is very simple. It's a clear acrylic case, with the palette name & brand on the lid.
The swatches below are in order of the top row left to right then the bottom row left to right. & these swatches were done over primer with a brush.
1. Is a light beige gold champagne shade with a satin finish.
2. Is a light golden brown shade with a metallic finish.
3. Is a medium brown with a metallic finish.
4. Is a golden yellow with a metallic finish.
5. Is a orange with a shimmer with a orange glitter flake.
6. Is a rich smokey brown with golden micro glitter throughout it.
I absolutely think these shadows are absolutely beautiful, I don't understand how they can create such a beautiful & high quality shadow, with such an affordable price. Or maybe I should be asking why others are pricing theirs so high? These shadows are extremely pigmented & soft. They blend beautifully & are just an absolute pleasure to work with. Please do not over look this brand, check out what they offer, buy a product, try it out & fall in love with affordable yet high quality items.
