Bite Beauty has been gaining so much momentum & it doesn't look like it's ever gonna stop! This Canadian brand... Yes you read that properly, CANADIAN brand offers a fantastic product without compromise it's values of creating lip products that not only look amazing but preform wonders without containing any harsh chemicals like other lipsticks.

I was doing a bit of research on the brand that way this could be pretty informative so let's get right into what the Bite Beauty website's says about the ingredients.

Fresh pressed grapefruit, lemon, lime, tangelo, mint and mandarin extracts provide a uniquely refreshing flavor that is unmistakably Amuse Bouche.

A perfectly balanced cocktail of twelve edible oils provides optimal hydration and instantly nourished, smoother, softer lips.

Pearl, silk, and red wine resveratrol prolong wear, enhance creaminess of texture and provide long lasting antioxidant benefits long after application.

Pepper is a beauty medium brown with red tones. Personally my issue with Sephora is the lack of colour accuracy they have sometimes. On the website this is considered a Dusty Rose however it's not very pink toned. The application was beautiful, so smooth, creamy & opaque.

Sobert is a beauty warm but not hot pink. It's very neutral, yet playful & easy to wear. The formula was again very cream & opaque.

Souffle is described as a Marshmallow Pink with is extremely accurate. The shade applied is much lighter than it is in the tube. So I would recommend swatching it in Sephora next time you're there if you're considering it, because sadly it's too light for me. It's so strange, this may sound weird but this almost matches my skin tone but like it's pink. It's hard to explain but it's on par with my skin just pink. So it looks really weird on me which is super sad. I do have pretty pigmented lips so maybe the others were similarly uneven as this one but I didn't notice because they weren't as light but you can really tell with this one but there is some unevenness mainly around the lip line.

So far I've really enjoyed my Bite Beauty experience however there is a tiny thing about them that I'm not really fond of which is the citrus scent that they have. It's a bit too bold for me, however it does fade away. It's just something to be cautious about if your not a fan of citrus, I personally don't mind citrus, it's just the fact that it's literally right under my nose.

I love that they're really light weight, creamy & comfortable. They're also very moisturizing so they are very forgiving if you have dry lips, however I do always recommend exfoliating your lips before you apply lipstick.

Please keep in mine that the way the shades look on my skin/lips are not the same that they'll look on you due to skin shades & tones. So I always recommend checking them out in person.Bite Beauty is available at Sephora for $30.00.
