The product untouched can look a bit deceiving, it almost looks like a cream or gel. However once you swirl or dip your brush into you you quickly realize that is not at all the texture you thinking it'd be.

The second I opened the jar & see it, I automatically thought of Butter London's The Black Night nail polish.

The texture of Noticeably Noir has more of a texture of a lip gloss. It's very different texture than anything else I've seen with eye products. I tried to wear it built up & for me it didn't work. As a lot of you know I have extremely hooded eyelids so a lot of the product flooded my crease & felt very sticky.

However when I lightly patted it on, it became more comfortable. I think this would be a really good base for difficult shadows that you really want to stick. I personally don't think it is something that you'd want to use everyday however I can see someone getting some good use for it in a creative photoshoot.
