I don't know if many of you know however if you don't your about too. I've had psoriasis for about 9-10 years & it's a bit of a struggle, luckily all of the spots on my skin have left for now, but the psoriasis spots on my scalp still remain. If you don't know what Psoriasis is, basically it's a skin condition that is brought on by stress, so if you have a pretty relaxing life it wont act up, but if you become stressed out the spots show up & can multiple rather quick depending on how stressed you are. & What a spot looks like is usually they're a circleish shape where the skin grows extra quick which mean some skin will flake off as soon as another layer under it has developed, however if the top layer flakes off too soon you're it's kind of a think open wound/layer of skin. So in short it's like dandruff on steroids.

So with that being said I often rotate shampoos & one wash my hair 3 times a week. The shampoo I always have in rotation is Head & Shoulders because I use it has a scalp mask & allow it to sit for about 5 minutes & I use this 2 times a week. The other shampoo & condition in rotation is the Garnier Hydrating Blend,  I use this once a week. I've had this set for about 7 weeks so I've had plenty of time to form an opinion on it.

I love the set, I find it puts back the moisture that my other shampoo takes out. It's very gentle on my scalp, the scents or ingredients haven't caused any irritation. I find the coconut water soothes my scalp. The shampoo lathers up really well & does a fantastic job of cleansing my hair. Then the conditioner comes in & leaves my hair feeling extremely soft & smooth. It's really a dynamic duo. Plus the scent is so tropical & just makes getting clean even more enjoyable.

Once I 'm doing with The Hydrating blend I think I'll be torn between trying the Repairing Blend (Honey & Royal Jelly), Refreshing Blend (Apple & Green Tea) or the Soothing Blend (Coconut Oil & Cocoa Butter).
