My skin is pretty finicky as I have eczema as well as psoriasis. I've had both since I was 13, so about 10 years. Over those 10 years I have realized I can't just use anything on my skin anymore. The Skin Relief body wash ($7.99 - $8.99 CAD / 354mL), is nothing like anything I've tried before. It's super gentle on your skin. The product itself is a gel-cream hybrid that lathers over your skin is so soft with moisture but still leaves your skin feeling clean. One of my favourite ingredients in this is oats, which is known to be soothing on the skin. This isn't one of those typical body washes that will leave your skin feeling tight from the moisture being removed. This body wash actually leaves your skin feeling new, soft and smooth.

The Skin Relief hand cream (SRP:$7.47 – $9.99 CAD / 97mL) is a thicker hand cream. It's more like a lotion glove, after you apply it you can still feel that it's there but it's not really greasy or irritating. I recommend it for people who have to continuously wash their hands a lot throughout the day or for those looking for the perfect lotion for the winter, when the weather can be extremely dry. This hand cream also has Oats in it which is very soothing. I'd also recommend using this on really dry spots such as your elbows, knees and feet as it lasts a really long time. It'd also be a great addition to include in your nighttime routine, as it'll give it more time condition your skin.

The Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion ($9.99 CAD / 354mL) is much thinner than the hand cream. The hand cream is more heavy duty when your skin needs some repairing or for smaller areas. However the moisturizing lotion is great for all over the body. It's really a good lotion for all year round since it'll help during the winter when the crisp air dries out your skin, or during the summer when the sun can be a bit harsh on your skin. It's a very gentle lotion that won't irritate the skin since there's no fragrance. It's also extremely moisturizing and softens while soothing at the same time with oat essence and shea butter.
I think my opinion goes without saying however it still needs to be said. I strongly recommend trying this brand, they offer so much. So whether you have a skin condition, itchy skin due to allergies or you're just looking for something new, take a chance with Aveeno. It's completely worth it.
