Hey guys, Today I've been excited to try some new (to me) items from Lush Cosmetics so I was super excited when I got a Lush Lipstick in the shade Charm as well as the Rose Jam Bubbleroon. So let's jump into this post!

The colour power of this bubble bar is outstanding, I used a quarter of it for my daughters bath & the water was still really pink of course the more you use the more pink it'll get. The bubble amount this bar makes is loads & loads. As soon as I start running the water & fix the temperature that's when I grab my bubble bar squeeze it in my hand & hold my hand under the water. Which always gives me a LOT of bubbles. Will purchase one of these on my next lush order for sure, really enjoyed this.

Charm Lipstick is comes in an absorbable little package. It looks like something straight out of a laboratory. It looks like a little dropper container, the bottle itself is glass, which I appreciate more than plastic, plus it has a cute little tag on it that says the name of the shade.

The formula of this lipstick is sadly not for me, one of the things that does upset me a bit is on my computer the stock swatch on the website has a bit more of an orange undertone to it. However it actually has a bit of a blue undertone so it washes me out & almosts makes me look sickly, Which is such a shame because it's such a pretty colour in the bottle. The texture of this lipstick is more on the liquidy side, it would build in the creases of my lips.
The fact that it was a bit liquidy it was a bit splotchy and there was actually a weird grit to it which wasn't something I could handle. Due to the liquidness & the gritty pieces I wasn't able to wear it for more than five minutes to properly review the wear of it or longevity of the formula, there's just some textures I can't handle & this was one of them. I did check out the reviews on their .ca website for this product which were pretty good, said that it was long lasting. Maybe it was just this batch that had the little bits in it because it doesn't say anything of the sort in the other reviews of Charm. So who knows, it's always worth a shot.

This is the whole part of trying new items, you find out what works for you & what doesn't. Which in reality happens with every product that we come across in life. I usually have good to amazing experiences with Lush however this time I have came across a product that didn't work for me and another that I need more of (& when I say more I mean like 6 of em).
