The area that I live in is a tourist attraction, which means there's a lot of shops that carry souveniers, sweets, & other tourist like stores. So because of where I live I now assosicate Saltwater taffy with the beach or with fun tourist spots.
I find Saltwater Taffy by demeter is slightly like Angel Food but less cakey, if that makes scents. They're alike but very different. Saftwater taffy is a very sweet but savoury scent. It has hints of vanilla as well as a caramel taffy scent. The scent to your nose can seem very simple but complex yet blends beautifully.
I would highly recommend checking out this fragrance! It's a perfect memory kickstarter.
