Anyone who has experience a cold winter knows how trying it can be, & sadly the lips are one of it's victims.
This Via Natural Lip Care is has a glossy jelly texture, that isn't sticky at all. I do find it a bit thinner than I prefer lip balms to be. However it works well to keep the moisturized. I'm unsure if it would be a good heavy duty lip moisturizer though. However it is a great lip balm for only being a dollar. Can't go wrong there! That's for sure!
