I remembered a long time ago when I was a kid, my mom left me with a babysitter while she went to work. Now normally from my childhood experience the whole babysitting experience is pretty awesome. & I think this because when someone is babysitting you then tend to have to make you a snack &/or a meal(s) & often they'll have a different style or different taste. Which is something I always appreciate, I love trying new things... well new to me. Lucky for me cinnamon toast was one of the things I was introduced too. & every so often I enjoy treating myself to a couple slices of cinnamon toast.
So I don't know about you but the way I was shown how to make them was you toast bread, add a bit of butter & then sprinkle on a mixture of 3 parts white sugar & 1 part cinnamon. & yummm!
However when I smell this, I smell Eggnog, bread & cinnamon wood type smell. Which to me doesn't even smell like french toast so my feelings are a bit off about this. I like it, However the cinnamon effects my nose like the cinnamon gum does & kind of have a strong tingly stingy sense.
It's something that I really enjoy for these colder seasons.
