Hey guys! Today I will be sharing some of the 2014 fall collection from Clarins with you. The collection is called Ladylike & today I have 4 products, so let's jump right into it!
The products I have to review are the Instant Light Brush-On Perfector, Nude Pink & Taupe from the new Ombre Matte eyeshadows, & True Radiance foundation in 107 beige.
Ombre Matte eyeshadows:
Nude Pink: I really loved this one. It's like my perfect natural eyeshadow colour. When I apply it, I look more awake & fresh. The pigmentation was great & it was a fabulous colour to work with. Really brightens the eyes.
Taupe: I like this shade, it was very velvety & the perfect natural smoky shade. It also blended out beautiful. Perfect crease color.
Instant Light Brush-On Perfector - Pink Beige: When I read the shade, I'll fully admit I thought it was going to be a bit too pink however, it's just the tiniest hint of it. I really enjoyed this since being a mom sometimes there's times where I have to go to bed late, wake up in the middle of the night or wake up super early which all show the next day & make it just that much more difficult to create a fresh natural look. However this totally wiped out any sign of dark circles from under my eyes. & OH MY GOODNESS. I LOVE IT.
True Radiance Foundation with SPF 15 - Beige: First off let me start by saying, I think this foundation smells a bit like watermelon. At least that's what I think it smells like. It's scented for sure, but I can't exactly put my nose on it.
I am a huge fan of this foundation because it's so beautiful to work with. It blends & glides on so flawlessly. It's has a light-medium coverage, which I love because I don't like being able to feel that theres makeup on my face. I like a foundation that is light & airy that does what it's supposed to do, & this did. It evened out my skin tone & worked wonders with my skins chemistry. I didn't need to touch it up at all during the day meanwhile protecting my face from the sun.
I loved all of these products, I think Clarins really did well when it came to executing this years fall collection especially when it came to selecting the shades & formulas. I would highly recommend checking out these & others from this collection because they're fantastic quality & all very classic & natural shades, which are perfect for everyone.
