Press Sample

Hey guys! To this post is gonna be different. I am working with the company Perfume Paradise. So they sent me & my husband a few perfume samples to review. So in each post/review, I will be reviewing one perfume & my husband will be reviewing one cologne. So it's not gonna be me reviewing the cologne, it'll be his opinions & thoughts posted on my blog. So because there will be a few of these types of posts, I will be creating the label "Mens" under the "Pick a Topic" section on the right hand side. So any posts that my husband will be included in will be featured under that section/label.

So this post will feature two products from Penhaligon's so let's get started! (=

This perfume is pretty different from what I would normally wear. However I seemed to have developed a fondness for it. I thought it was gonna be something I was on the fence about for a while however probably about 4-5 minutes after I applied it to my neck & wrists it started to blend calm down & it was a very pleasant scent. A spicy sweet scent. It wasn't too spicy or too sweet. Normally I am a sweet scent lover, so this look me by surprise. It's very enjoyable in my opinion.

TOP NOTES: Lemon, Earl Grey Tea and Cilantro
HEART NOTES: Ginger, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Rose and Orris
BASE NOTES: Sweet Amber, Sandalwood and Musk

A fresh & enjoyable scent, that stands out in a strong but good way. If it said something I think it would me "I'm a fresh ladies man, with a hand full of flowers." The scent is a long lasting scent that clings to your body but isn't overbearing. Perfect scent for anytime of day, weather that be work or play.

TOP NOTES: Lemon, Lime and Lavender
HEART NOTES: Blenheim Bouquet has no heart notes
