Hey guys! Check out my Valentine's day inspired manicure #2. (=
it was super easy, took a bit more time however, it was worth it.
So if you want to this look...
Valentines Day Pink Nail Art |
This is what I used to achieve it...
Valentines Day Pink Nail Art |
& This is how you can....
So first thing I did was I painted my thumb, pointer & middle finger a light/baby pink, the one I used was OPI - Mod About You. & Painted my ring & pinky finger a medium bright pink, the one I used was OPI - Strawberry Margarita. Then applied a second coat of both polishes.
Thumb: When completely dry I used the pink striping tape nail art strips from Essence. Using one strip I applied three strips diagonally on my thumb. & applied top coat once I got them where I desired them to be.
Pointer & Ring Finger: I applied a thin coat of KISS topcoat. & First I used the pink glitter (from a Kiss nail art kit) & the fan brush I dusted the glitter on the tip of my nails for a glitter gradient effect. Once that was dried I used a red glitter (from the same set) & did the same application.
Middle Finger: Using glitter pink & white glitter polish, the one I used was L.A. Girl - Sprinkle, I put some of the polish on a scrap piece of paper & using a Orange stick I made a heart out of the glitters.
Pinky: Applied a thick layer of topcoat, placed the crystal in desired are. & let dry.
Top it all off with a top coat. (try avoiding getting topcoat on the crystal/gem/rhinestone, it'll dull the sparkle.)
