Sally Hansen Fuzzy Coat Swatches & Review

Hey guys! Today I have a really fun PR sample post to share with you. It's on the Sally Hansen Fuzzy Coat Collection. This collection features polishes that contain a rectangular shaped glitter called tinsel. So this collection is made up of eight different tinsel colour combinations. So here are five of the eight polishes. So according to the directions is says apply two coats however I applied 3 thin coats that way they'd be as even as possible.
Sally Hansen Tweedy
Sally Hansen Tweedy
Tweedy is one of my favourite colour combinations, Black & White. Honestly I think that if they released this collection without this colour combination, I would have thought they were crazy.

Sally Hansen Peach Fuzz
Sally Hansen Peach Fuzz
Peach Fuzz. Lmao. I love the name that gave this. It's brilliant. I think this colour combination is perfect for spring & summer, it must be the yellow & light orange.

Sally Hansen Fuzz-Sea
Sally Hansen Fuzz-Sea
Fuzz-Sea. Ugh the witty names, gotta love them. So this has got to be one of the prettiest combinations, just the colour of blue with the green is awesome.

Sally Hansen Wool Lite
Sally Hansen Wool Lite
Wool Lite is the only one in this collection that has one colour of tinsel. It's not light pink & white, it's just light pink. It's a beautiful pink, but took me by surprise that it wasn't mixed with a different colour.

Sally Hansen Tight Knit
Sally Hansen Tight Knit
Tight Knit is a wonderful combination of a very vibrant blue mixed with white. I can't wait to used this for a Christmas manicure ! (=

OVERALL REVIEW
This collection is wonderful, however I don't think I'll be using them alone. I'll most likely layer them over a polish that looks similar to one of the colours (example, I'd layer Tight knit over a vivid blue or white) that way I wont have to layer the polish & It'll give me a more smooth manicure.

Do you own any of these? What are your thoughts?

  1. They look so weird, I like the black&white one but the others are not my taste!

  2. I don't own any of these and they are just aren't my "thing". I just don't want my nails looking furry ;)

  3. I was trying to decide if Wool Lite was more than just light pink when I was in the store. I got Tweedy and All Yarned Up, but haven't tried them yet :)

  4. I bought two of them and I guess I wasn't trying hard enough to make it work because mine never looked like this. I guess you let them dry between each coat? I might have to take them out to try again

  5. I love this Collection (& also Sugar Coat Collection, but I guess that one was discontinuated)! I have Fuzz Sea, & I just want to know, how do you take it off quickly & painless-ly?
