Sally Hansen Nail & Cuticle Care Review

Hey guys! As you may know I broke a nail some time ago, so I thought it would be a perfect time to do a Sally Hansen nail care review. So I today I have some products that help moisturize, strengthen & help the nails grow faster.

Now as a lot of you know I am in love with the brand Sally Hansen for multiple reasons. The products are super easy to find, very affordable & to me they are always on trend, & make products that will help improve either multiple or certain things.

So I really wanted to show you some products that have different uses but they all will help improve your nails as well as your cuticles. All of these products are in order of they way I use them. So let's get started.

So first up I have Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Cuticle Eraser + Balm. & I really enjoy this especially before I do a manicure maybe about an hour before I am planning to paint my nails I'll apply this to my cuticle area & nails & using a rubber cuticle pusher, I'll push my cuticles back & massage the product in. Which helps remove the dried up cuticle skin that sticks on the nail. & once the product is fully absorbed I using a nail cleaning brush, some soap & water, I'll lightly scrub under my nails, my nail beds & gentle scrub my cuticles. & when my hands are dry my cuticles are left looking clean & moisturized.

Up second we have Sally Hansen Complete Care Extra Moisturizing 4-in-1 Nail Treatment, which in my opinion is fantastic. It says it can be used as a Mega Gloss Top Coat however because I already use their Fast drying top coat (the one in the red bottle) I don't use this as a top coat & would rather use it strictly as a base coat. & so I have. I have found that this product really does help, it has helped my nails grow faster & has moisturized them a lot too which is good because when you have long nails or any length at all it's important that they're strong but not rock hard, so when they're moisturized if you accidentally bang them off something they'll bend rather than break. & with them being a bit more flexible they'll be less likely to break.

Now we have Sally Hansen Nailgrowth Miracle Serum Nail & Care Treatment. Now between this & all the other products you can bet my nails have been super healthy & have been growing faster than without them. So the way I use this product is after applying my polish, top coat & letting it dry, I'll apply a bit on the underside of my nail & then around the cuticle & then massage it in.

So last but not least I have Sally Hansen Healthy Cuticles Now! Which is a vitamin treatment to help hydrate & nourish your cuticles & nails. Now this product is fabulous. I love the smell of it, it just smells healthy & not in the yuck kind of way but the omg this is too good to be healthy kind of way. From the first use I loved this product, my skin just sucked it right in & it was almost like I could feel all the moisture sinking in. & even after it's absorbed you can still feel the difference. I can even go a day or two without using this & my cuticle don't dry up. Of course I never go more than two days without it.

OVERALL REVIEW
These products are amazing alone, but when used together it's almost like they're a super team of cuticle & nail care. They all compliment each other so well. Of course you don't have to use them all but I would highly recommend at least using 1 or 2 or even all if you can. They're amazing when it comes to improving the look & health of your nails & cuticles. I really can't get over how amazing they are.

& If you're wonder how short my nail were when they broke & how long they are now here is before & after photos.

*Disclaimer: In the second photo my nails would have been a bit longer however I do maintain their shape using a crystal file once a week. Also I do not use the vitamin Biotin. So the speed of the nail growth in from the products.

  3. Nice improvement! Sally Hansen is quite expensive here so I don't really use any of their products, but good nail care products are very important :).
